Lease Agreement InformationThere are four ways to rent your unit. The first way is to rent the unit yourself. You will, however, be responsible if your renter damages the unit. The second way is to rent the unit using a short term lease agreement. Club Tahoe will attempt to rent the unit for you. If the agreement is received 60 or more days prior to the start of your week, you will be placed in a rental pool. You will share all of the rental income less 30 percent which goes to Club Tahoe with the other units in the rental pool. Please print this form (in PDF format), sign it, and return it to Club Tahoe at P.O. Box 7440, Incline Village, NV 89452. The third way to rent is to use a long term lease agreement. This is the same as the short term agreement, but it lasts until you terminate it. Please contact the Front Desk at 775-831-5750 extension 200 to request this form. The fourth way to rent your
unit is to use a Partial Week Lease Agreement. Definition. Recently,
a homeowner proposed the idea of letting Club Tahoe rent their unit if
they leave early. In consideration of this suggestion, the Board and
Management Staff are pleased to offer the Partial Week Lease Agreement.
The goal of this endeavor is to increase rental revenue for the
association. How it works. If you leave early or are coming late, the
Front Desk staff will inquire if you are interested in signing the Partial
Week Lease Agreement. By signing the agreement, Club Tahoe will attempt to
rent the unused portion of your week. The Partial Week agreements will
only be implemented if all of the Short and Long Term Lease agreements
have already been used. Benefits. If Club Tahoe is successful in renting
the unused days, Club Tahoe will apply the entire amount collected to help
reduce the annual assessment for the association. Note that the money
collected will not be applied directly to your unit. Additionally, this
will help to increase the availability of bonus time. Webmaster: club-tahoe@sbcglobal.net |
