Updates

Owners can now sign-up to receive e-mail updates! Just e-mail club-tahoe-update@sbcglobal.net with the subject of "newsletter" and your "Week/Unit" it's as simple as that! Expect a reply within approximately 48 hours.  

Laundry Exchange is from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

2009 Property Taxes - $44.10 per interval

Homeowner Guests - Please advise in writing when you are letting friends or family members use your unit. As you know, we cannot let someone else use your unit without your written permission (faxes and e-mails are also accepted).

Check-In - The units are not available until 4:00 p.m. Please no early check-ins on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (we have a limited time to clean the units).

Reserve Replacement - Since we have been using our new system for billing, we are able to break your assessment into two parts: the maintenance fee and the reserve replacement fee. These two fees total the assessment fee of $494.00. The reserve replacement fee is for large item expenses such as replacing and repairing the roofs.

Parking is limited. Please do not bring campers or trailers. We are unable to accommodate parking for them.

Please no pets on property.

Privacy screens for the second bathroom are available. Please inquire at the front desk.

Prior to selling your unit or spacebanking, lease agreements must be cancelled.

Lease agreements must be received 60 days before the interval week begins in order to be part of the rental pool. We do not advise owners of the status once we receive a lease agreement; however, you may contact us to see if your unit has been rented.

While bicycles, skateboards, or roller blades are not allowed on the property, Incline Village has many paths for your enjoyment.

When you check-in at the front desk, you will be asked for a credit card or $100 cash as a security deposit.
