1. Inform guest of WiFi password at check in. 2. Some upkeep and new couch are needed. The pillows on couch were dirty and fraying. Couch was worn. Some of the panels on kitchen and living room blinds were missing. New bedding needed. Carpeting should be steam cleaned or replaced. Pretty dirty. Looked like someone had spilled Clorox on stair carpeting in our unit.

We stayed here for a ski trip. The price was very reasonable, and the room was spacious and clean. Although the building is a bit older, the clubhouse had great amenities like a hot tub, billiards, and squash, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back in the summer.

Had to cancel our reservations. Do to the snowstorm. Was told, none of a reservation days would be refunded. So $619.42 wasted. Would have been our first time staying there. But, we will definitely not stay there ever . Being you have a no refund policy.
This used to be a great place well run by competent and caring staff. As a time share member I always looked forward to the long flight from the East and then the stay in this great location. You cant go wrong in Lake Tahoe area either in the Winter or the Summer but you can go wrong in Club Tahoe. Fees have done nothing but increase and maintenance is non excisting. From the worthless internet to the interior which is old and dated. The time share charges quite a lot for updates which I do not see and somewhere the money is going but not in improvements. Sad it used to be a great place. Not any longer

Aging appliances, bedding, decor. NO amenities available at the clubhouse. Broken key system. Staff was slow to address snow abatement. I saw more staff onsite than paying visitors in my area. Front desk staff were friendly but did not provide correct information regarding local amenities (ski resort and shuttle)
Help the OWNERS of this property gain trust of your company. Help the OWNERS of this property to purchase association owned units (I have been trying for over 2 years to purchase another unit). SELL units to maintenance/dues paying OWNERS instead of just renting units out to the public for the short-term (forcing current owners to cover the overhead costs; staff, housekeeping, and maintenance by increasing annual dues each year)
