I feel the carpets needed to be deep cleaned. I do stretches in the morning and had to put a towel down because of how dirty the carpet was. Also the bathroom door in the master kept jamming up

We booked the stay for a family weekend. Being from Michigan we were not aware that the resort has no air-conditioning. Being asthmatic and with all the pollen we would have not booked this resort. The pool was closed, we were not aware of that either, until we pulled in. The desk clerk said they were waiting for the health inspector to sign off on it. And that would be a few days after our check out. The resort is not handicapped friendly. The suites are a bit dated, and with them being tri level there are alot of stairs. But the beds are super comfy. And the staff was pleasant.

update the units. Get rid of carpet, get rid of dated bedspreads, goofy pillow decor and shower curtains, towel rods, light switch plates.Sofa pillows need replaced.
Nice white bed duvets, sheets and pillows always give a clean comfortable feel.
landscaping could use fresh coat of bark to define areas and make the walkways more attractive.
and thats just one thing, lol.
we really enjoyed our stay there, despite the things I mentioned.
The units are very spacious. We had a 2 br which was very spaciou. I love the woodsy feel of the property. The people at the front desk were very friendly.

- The bedrooms were way to small for us, not enough space for our luggage.
- the one bathroom in the hall isn‘t really great when you travel with friends
- kitchen, living and dining room were great

Place is alright, but booking system is broken. They accidentally checked us out, we had to wait nearly an hour for key card to be fixed as reception had long line of other guests with booking issues

Clean the bathroom up. Needs some paint here and there. The brown and white. The molding on the bottom of the shower and door molding.

The line to check in was very long and despite multiple people behind the counter, only one was checking people in. It took quite awhile. Otherwise, it was amazing!
